Rough order of magnitude
To set expectations: most clinic loops land in the $1.5K – $4K build + $400 – $900 / month retainer range. The math depends on call volume, your existing PMS, and which loop we start with. We won't quote without seeing your numbers — the projection makes the price honest.
Pricing questions
Why don't you publish a price list?
Because a price without your numbers next to it is theatre. The projection includes a build fee + retainer + the measurable outcome it's pegged to, so you can compare ROI, not just sticker price.
What's NOT included?
Third-party tool costs (Twilio minutes, Resend sends, your PMS subscription, etc.) are passed through at cost. We don't mark up vendor fees.
Can I really pause anytime?
Yes. The retainer is month-to-month with a written off-switch clause. Pause for a month, resume the next. You keep the runbook either way.
