No. Patient conversations are processed under no-training terms with our AI vendors. We collect only what the job needs, and every build includes a data map and processing agreement written for BC’s PIPA.

Some of our vendors process data outside Canada. We name every vendor and its region in your processing agreement, and you approve them before go-live. The public list is on our subprocessors page.

We report projection against actual every month. If a system is underperforming, the report says so before you ask, and we agree the next step together: adjust it, retire it, or replace it. Your retainer also follows measured value from day 60.
