How the 14-day pilot works
Step 1
Fit call (30 min)
We review your call patterns, calendar and goals, and agree on what the pilot should prove.
Step 2
Build (7–10 days)
We configure the after-hours receptionist on your services, hours and booking rules, and test it with your team.
Step 3
Live (14 days)
After-hours calls are answered and booked, in your patients’ languages. A person reviews the transcripts.
Step 4
Review
We compare results with your baseline and decide together whether to continue.
What you need to start
- A phone line where after-hours calls can be forwarded.
- Access to your calendar or booking system (for example Jane App).
- One person on your team who can make quick decisions.
If the pilot proves out and you continue, pricing follows the usual value-based formula on the pricing page, built from your own numbers.
What you’ll know after 14 days
- How many after-hours calls you are missing today.
- How many appointments were booked automatically.
- What a full rollout could mean for your no-show rate and admin time.
